Seasonal hunger:

2)It is related to the seasonal nature of-
food growing and harvesting, and

People in rural areas depending upon the seasonal agriculture get irregular yield(farmers) or wages(farm labourers). In urban areas, casual labour workers especially the one working in construction sites gets irregular wages during a specific season like rainy season.
