difference between cisternae and cristae

cisternae is white and cristae is black.

There is a vast difference between cisternae and criteria. Cisternae is in endoplasmic reticulum. They are long unbranded sac lyk structure. They are arranged parallel to each other in the cytoplasm. Ribosomes are attached to it. Whareas cristae is in mitochondria it has small spherical structure attached to it known as oxysomes.it is I lyk tennis racquet, has three parts head,stalk and head.
