Difference between civil and criminal laws :-

- Civil law :-

⭐️It deals with harmor injury to right of the individual such as disputes relating to sale of land.

⭐️It deals with harm and any volition to individual rights.

⭐️These cases begin with the patient that is filled before the relevant Court by affect party only.

⭐️Some examples of civil laws are drunken driving, fraud and personal injury.

- Criminal law :-

⭐️It deals with conduct or acts that the law defines asked offences. Example :- Murder, Robbery etc.

⭐️These cases begin with the lodging of an FIR with the police who investigate the crime after which a case in filed in the court.

⭐️It guilt is established against a person, then he can be sent to jail and also fined.

⭐️Some examples of criminal laws are rape, robbery, drug dealing etc.
