FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
they are those rights which are so necessary for basic nature of man and for the development of the personality of the individual and his happiness that even the government can not interfere in their enjoyment .they are important that they are usually defined and protected by the consitution of the country.
CIVIL RIGHTS
CIVIL RIGHTS are those which are necessary for protection of the citizens life ,property and the development of the personality.
and these are following
right to life ,property,contract,freedom, culture,education etc .
