Hey There! Classical Thermodynamics studies the relationships between the State functions of the system: i.e. Pressure, Temperature, Volume, Energy, Entropy etc. While Statistical thermodynamics is derived by summing over the microscopic properties to derive equations for the macroscopic state functions.
