Developed in 15th and 20th century.

Provides very successful description of everyday ordinary objects

_ Motion of trains, cars, bullets...

_ Orbit of moons, planets..

_ How an engine works

Modern Physics:

Developed early 20th century in response to short comings of calssical physicas in describing certain phenomena. ( background radiation ).

Describes small objects. eg; atoms.
