Weather-the physical conditions of a region, mostly dynamic, vary a lot over a period of time

Ф Weather refers to the condition of the atmosphere like, temperature, atmospheric pressure, wind, humidity and precipitation over an area at any point of time.
Ф Climate refers to the sum total of weather conditions and variations over a large area for a long period of time (more than thirty years).
