Answer for Class 12 Biology Students

Coleoptile:

 The epicotyl is enclosed in a structure called coleoptile.

 Coleoptile after emergence from soil during germination becomes green and does photosynthesis.

Coleorhiza:

 The radicle and root cap are enclosed in a sheath called coleorhiza.

 Coleorhiza does not come out of the soil. It remains non-green.
