combustible substances --- substances that can burn or catch fire
non combustible substances--- substances that can not catch fire or burn

@ Combustible

=> The substances which catch fire easily to produce heat and light are known as combustible substances. In simple words, we say that combustible substance are actually the food for fire. For an example, paper, cloth , alcohol , ether , kerosene oil and LPG are some combustible substances.

@ Non-Combustible

=> The substances which do not catch fire are known as non- combustible substances. For an example , iron , glass , steel , etc. are non-combustible substances.
