- Command user interface needs the user to enter commands to interact with the system but in graphical user interface user just need to click the graphical symbols to interact with the system.
- Command user interface is not user-friendly but graphical user interface is user-friendly.
- The user needs to learn long commands to use the system in case of command user of interface but in case of graphical user interface the user does not need to learn the command as interaction is done through graphical symbols.
- Character user interface does not allow the use of graphical images but graphical user interface allows the user to user graphical images.
- Character user interface does not support multi-tasking but most graphical user interfaces released in latest time support multi-tasking.
