Communicable diseases are the diseases which passes from one individual to another individual. Non-communicable diseases are the diseases which does not spread from one person to another person. They are generally caused by some nutrient deficiency, allergy etc.

Following are the points to show the difference between communicable and non-communicable disease:
- The disease which spread from one person to another person is known as communicable disease while the disease which do not spread from one person to another person is known as non- communicable disease.
- The communicable disease are generally caused by pathogens where as the non- communicable disease are generally caused by deficiency of nutrients or due to allergy.
- Example-
- Communicable disease - Malaria , AIDS ,etc
- Non-communicable disease - Cancer, Allergies,etc
