Private land is owned by an individual for example : House , Flat . Community land is owned by a community for example : Hospital , Government . Their main difference is how they are called. Private land is usually called "private land" instead of community land which is usually called "community land".

community land is a part of land which is owned by community nd every person in the community can use it . for example gardens , parks etc........private land is that part of land which is owned by an individual.. for example someone's private property , car , land on which home is built up............
