This is probably a matter or interpretation and semantics but usually a Computer Based training course would mean there is no instructor and no personal instructor/student interaction but the lessons are entirely delivered on the computer with a recorded instructor message or a computer coached lesson. Computer Aided would generally indicate the lessons are partially computer based and an instructor and instructor/student interaction would be included. The computer would be used to suppliment the instructor's teaching.
