Differences are :
i) Convex lens are thicker at the middle than at the edges; whereas concave lens are thinner in middle than at edges.
ii) Convex lens converge light rays; whereas concave lens diverge light rays.
iii) Convex lens form virtual, erect & magnified image; whereas concave lens form virtual, erect & diminished image.
