Condensation point ==> A condensation point person of a subset S of a topological space is any point P such that every open neighborhood of p contains uncountably many points of S.
Accumulation point ==> A point such that every neighborhood contains at least one point in a given set other than the given point.
The difference between the two is that for Accumulation point every neighborhood of the points contains at least one point in a given set whereas for Condensation point the neighborhood contains uncontrollably many points of the subset.
