Difference between conductor resistance and insulation resistance

Every electrical equivalent must have a specific amount of insulation resistance if there is no insulation then the equipm... Insulation resistance is measured by Megger . Meg ohm test is done to check a system equipment if it is grounded or not. First we check the shorting of ground with the system earthing point.
