conductor is a device through an electric current flows without much obstruction (resistance).

resistor is a device which is used to control the resistance of conductor around a circuit.

resistance is a term used to define capacity of an item to obstruct the flow of current through the circuit.by ohms law V=IR

conductor and resistor are devices whereas resistance is a term related to electric current
