Conductors are the substances which allow the electricity to pass through them whileinsulators resist electricity. A conductor is something which allows electric current to flow through it freely whereas an insulator prevents any electric current flowing through it.

it is easy. conductors are the materials that allow heat,electricity etc. through them and insulators dont allow heat,electricity etc. to pass through them
