Difference between consignment and joint venture and partnership are as follows:

  • Consignment refers to the seller who is selling the goods to third party through his agent.
  • Between two or three companies, there can be temporary partnership, this is defined as joint venture. This partners are called co-ventures.
  • Partnership defines the arrangement between two parties who share profit and lose both.
