Difference between constitutional monarchy and dictorial form of government

The following points may help you:

a. A non democratic country is ruled by a military junta or a an absolute monarch does not give rights to people to participate in the political process
b. These countries does not grant any civil and political rights to the people.
c. Some of the countries with a dictatorial regimes are:

 i.North Korea, under the  leadership of its leader Kim Il-sun. It is absolute regime, under a totalitarian family dictatorship.
ii. The country is located in East Asia, in the northern part of Korean Peninsula.
iii. It has a highly centralised political system, it is referred as absolutist monarchy.
iv.. There is a single party rule in North Korea, with a communist ideology, though officially the country is called as the Democratic republic of korea
.v North Korea has been considered as the most secretive, isolated country with worst record of human rights.
vi.. The country is ruled by the Kim dynasty who control the government and have inflicted and instilled terror in the minds of the people. 

Then we also give example of Saudi Arabia, which still has a monarchial regime.

i. Saudi Arabia is a an Arab state in West Asia.
ii.It is  an absolute monarchy under the rule of King Abdullah.

We may give example of Sudan.

i. The country is as Arab republic located in North Africa.
ii. Though the country claims to be democracy, it is under the control of a military dictator, Omar al Bashir who has been responsible for violence and religious persecution in the country.
