A force which is acting on an object without physically coming in contact with it is a NON-CONTACT FORCE
whereas,
CONTACT FORCE is a force applied to an object by another object coming in contact with it.
eg for non contact forces :-
Gravitational force - A pull by earth which attracts objects towards it.
Magnetic force
Electrostatic force
Nuclear force
,etc.
eg for contact force :-
Muscular force - Force applied by our muscles.
Frictional force
Air resistence force
,etc.
