Contact forces are those forces which when applied on a rigid body either changes its position or changes it shape.
Non-Contact forces are those forces which when applied on a rigid body does not change its position or shape.

Contact force : The force in which it is applied by direct touching means by muscles.
For example lifting a bucket is muscular means contact force.
Non contact force : The force in which it is applied without direct touching is non contact force.
For example apple falling from a tree.
