mthe difference between Cooperative banking and commercial banking are as follows :
1) the owners of cooperative banking are the members of cooperative whereas in commercial banking the owners are the shareholders .
2) Cooperative banking have Cooperative organisation whereas commercial banking have joint stock Banks.
3) Cooperative banking is subject to the rules laid down by the registrar of cooperative whereas commercial banking done by RBI that is Reserve Bank of India.
4) Cooperative banking is on smaller scale whereas commercial banking is on larger scale
5) Cooperative banking charges higher rate of interest whereas commercial banking charges low rate of interest.
