difference between copying a file and moving a file​

In copying a file you create the same file in another location. So the same information exists in both the locations. When moving a file you move the same file/data to another location. When u copy a file from one folder to other u will find the file in both folder...when u move a file the file will get discarded from one folder and will be shifted to other..✌
