Ans. When a file or folder is copied, then it is duplicated at the target location. That is, the file or folder remains at the original location as well as it is copied at the target location.

When a file or folder is moved, then it is removed from the original location and placed at the target location.

Copying means making duplicate copies of a document and moving means to remove the document from the original place and pasting it to the required place... Hope it will help you
