corrosion is a natural process which converts a refined metal to a stable form such as oxide hydroxide etc it is a gradual destruction of material whereas rancidity simply means spoilage of food in such a way it becomes undesirable

neetharamesh: thanks
AkashsparkZzZz: its okay
