Difference between Custom and usage in international law are as follows:-

  • Legal obligations:- Here the laws made in a state are involved in trade or import export of product from other countries, and they have to abide by the rules and regulations.
  • Whereas in the term usage, there is a complete absence of the term legal obligation. There are no obligations to be maintained and this can be understood as a general practice.
