Difference between cytoplasm and nucleoplasm?

Cytoplasm is the inner surface of cell....whereas the nucleoplasm is the inner surface of the nucleus...Cytoplasm contains many organelles like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, golgi bodies etc....whereas the nucleus contains DNA and nucleoid.

Cytoplasm : It is a part of Protoplasm filled within the space between the nuclear membrane and cell membrane. It is homogeneous in nature containing water amino acids Oxygen and etc.

Nucleoplasm : It is a transparent, semi fluid substance filled within the space between nuclear membrane and nucleus. It consists of nucleic acid basic and acidic proteins lipids and Minerals.

Difference Between

Cytoplasm

1. It is enclosed by plasma membrane.

2. It contains the organelles, vitamins, enzymes, sugar etc.

3. It is general mass of Protoplasm excluding nucleus.

Nucleoplasm

1. It is enclosed by nuclear membrane.

2. It contains nucleus chromosome etc.

3. It is Semi fluid ground substance found in nucleus.
