Data Analysis :

A process of checking, cleaning and framing data with a target of finding needy information, drawing conclusions and helping the decision-making process.

Decision making :

Its a cognitive method of choosing a faith or course of action between many possibilities.  

Every decision-making process gives a final choice which may not prompt any action.
