Difference between deceleration rate and acceleration rate in vehicle

In acceleration the final velocity is large than initial while in deacceleration final velocity  is less than initial. Acc. value is + ve while deacc. value is -ve . In acc. the body from rest increase its speed while in deacc. it reduce its speed or came to rest .. Hope this will help u..
