Difference between democracy and dictatorship ?

dictorship is the form of governtment where we only one or few very powerful people.in this form of government we may find good development but the people are not always happy.eg:hitler of germany.
democracy is the form of the country where we find people eleting their own representatives on behalf of them people have the ultimate power with them.eg:india

In a dictatorship,the power to rule rests with one person or a small group of people.Such power is obtained forcibly.
