democracy is generally a system where people have the right to reflect Thier rulers. a good democracy includes
1) free and fair elections where citizens have full freedom irrespective of caste, sex or religion.
2) one person, one vote, one value system.
3) space for people to correct their mistakes either by impeachment or by a different leader next election.
4) includes that the present leader has a fair chance of losing to the competitor.
