Development:

The concept of development basically deals with the conditions of people for a society that are prevailing or have been prevailing such that the conditions have improved as compared to earlier times then  it is said that there has been certain development. This development has nothing to do with what the condition of the society is. It only deals with improvement or betterment than the previous conditions.
