Difference between dipole moment and electric field

As an electric dipole has two opposite but equal chareges( in magnitude) separated by small distance. Similarly magnetic dipole is when two opposite poles of magnet are separated by small distance as magnet. And electric dipole moment is simply the product of either charge and the separation between them.
