  • Direct Elisa > In indirect Elisa only the antibody is used the single antibody is conjugated directly to the detection enyme.
  • Indirect elisa > The indirect Elisa requires two antibodies a primary antibody and an enzyme like secondary antibody that is complementary to the primary antibody.
