indirect means a particular thing or article which cant be solved directly and its take various steps to find it

Direct expenses include the expenses that are related to production..
Indirect expenses are the expenses that are not related to production..
DIRECT EXPENSES
These include some taxes like import duty , export duty ...wages paid to labour (not salary { salary is paid to employs and managers ..and they are nt categorised as labourers} ) carriage paid , freight paid etc.ALL DIRECT EXPENSES ARE RECORDED IN TRADING A/C
INDIRECT EXPENSES
These include carriage inward , office rent paid , salaries paid , Income tax paid , etc THESE ARE RECORDED IN P/L A/C.
