An impairment is the abnormality itself, and a disability is the restriction that is caused by the abnormality. Ahandicap is the manner in which the impairment restricts the normal functioning of an individual. However, someone who has a disability doesn't necessarily mean they're handicapped

Disability refers that a physical or mental condition that means you cannot use a part of your body completely or easily or that you cannot learn easily.
Handicapped refers that someone who suffering from mental or physical handicap.
