Seasonal unemployment
It is a type of unemployment in which the individual gets the job or work only in a particular season. He/she has to do other works in the off seasons.
Example - an agricultural labour has works the most during the sowing and harvesting season and the rest year he/she has to search for other jobs and works.
Disguised unemployment
It is an unemployment which is more common in the agricultural sector and rural areas. It is a type of unemployment in which the labours are of no use as they are extra and their presence doesn't affect the productivity of the field or farm.
For example - A field requires a work of 3 labours who can complete the production but there are 5 workers are working on the field. The other 2 are extra and if they will be absent also the field will yield its maximum benefit. Moreover, those 2 are also in the race of getting the food and benefits from the field.
So, these 2 extra workers are part of Disguised unemployment.
