●RNA have additional O at 2' of ribose sugar

RNA contain ribose sugar.

But DNA have deoxyribose sugar (do not have O at 2' of ribose sugar)

●DNA is made up of Adenine Guanine Thymine Cytosine nitrogenous base.

But RNA is made up of Adenine guanine Urancil and cytosine.

●DNA is more stable and found in most of the living organism.
