1.Pigs could be either wild or domesticated, whereas boar is mostly wild.           2.  Wild boar is dark in colour whereas the domesticated pig comes in                    many different colours according to the breed                                                  3.The domestic pig is larger compared to the wild boar. Additionally, wild boar       has a large head and a small body, but the domestic pig has a big head as         well as massive body.
