Dryland farming:
In dryland Pulses, oilseeds, coarse grain crops and cotton are mainly cultivated. Some technologies are used to increase crop production in drylands and these technologies are also increases the agricultural productivity. High production of pulses and oilseeds leads to increase in the economic status of the farmers.
Rainfed farming:
Most of the cultivation is supported to the rainfed land. In these rain-fed regions, the high percentage of cultivation are mainly cereals, pulses, oilseeds, and cotton crops. Therefore rainfed land provides high productivity during cultivation.
