A Newton is a derived unit for force followed under the International System of units(SI Units). A dyne is also the derived unit of force followed under Centimeter-Gram-Second(CGS) units system.

1 kg = 1000 g and also 1 m = 100cm both are the units to measure force but the difference is that Newton is SI unit & dyne is CGS unit. Both are the units of force .
