East flowing rivers originates from west and flow towards east. They make Delta at their mouth and fall into Bay of Bengal. Eg Krishna kaveri mahanadi... Whereas a west flowing river starts in east and flows towards west. They make estuaries at their mouth. They carry less water as compared to east flowing rivers. They fall into the Arabian sea eg narmada and tapi.
