Efferent duct connects testes with epididymis. The function of efferent duct is to reabsorb the somniferous tubular fluid and to carry the fluid from testes to the epididymis where it remains stored.
Sperm duct connects epididymis with the penis. It carries sperms mixed with seminiferous fluid to the penis for ejaculation.
