1.attitude makes one to feel that he or she is totally different from others whereas makes one to feel that he or she is alone from the others.
2.attutude is the settled way of thinking or feeling about something or someone whereas ego is a person's self-esteem or self importance.
3.attitude have no mirror image whereas ego is a mirror image of soul and hence lead human perception in a world of duality.
