Electricity is the flow of negatively charged electrons through a conductive wire... Light is the flow of overall neutrally charged photons through space... Light is a form of electromagnetic radiation, and electric current causes electromagnetic radiation, but they are at different frequencies.....

Hope it helps!!!!
