Ello ✌️

here is ur answer...

☺️The electromeric effect is an intramolecular movement of electrons from a pi bond to another atom in the molecule due to attack by a reagent. It is temporary and reversible.

☺️The inductive effect is a permanent state of polarization. The electron density in a bond between two unlike atoms is not uniforms.

welcome to the concept of GOC

⏩electromeric effect:

the temporary effect which operates in the organic compound having multiple bonds,i.e. double or triple bonds under the influence of an outside attacking species.

as a result one π electron pair of the multiple bonds get completely transferred to one of the bonded atom which is usually more electronegative.

types of electromeric effect

  • +E effect
  • - E effect.

⏩Inductive effect

the permanent displacement of Sigma electrons along A carbon chain in a compound due to the attachment of more electronegative or more electropositive atom or group of atoms The terminal carbon of the chain is called inductive method.

inductive effect is of two types

  • + I effect.
  • - I effect.
