So, energy is radiated, or emitted out by the body, by virtue of its rapidly oscillating particles. Now, Reflectionrefers to the phenomenon wherein the body surface on which the incident energy falls reflects back, or bounces back the incident energy (beam) back, immediately and is not absorbing it.
