Employment is condition in which a person has a job.

Ex- engineer,doctor etc.

Unemployment is a condition in which a person is willing to job but do not have a job.

Ex- A graduated person in the search a of job

Under employment is situation is employed below his ability and capability.

Ex- A teacher who has the ability to teach the students of class 10th but he is teaching the students of class 8th

Disguised is unemployment is a situation in which a person is visually employed but actually he is unemployed.

Ex- On a peace of field 4 labours are required to work but 7 are working then the extra 3 are unemployed.
