Exocrine glands have a duct to put out their secretions eg salivary gland, saliva is poured into mouth by salivary duct
Endocrine glands- secretions of endocrine glands are poured into blood without any duct eg thyroid gland

Endocrine glands:-
- These are ductless gland.
- Their secretions are known as Hormones.
- The secretion is not directly transported into tissues it is transferred through blood.
- For example:- Thyroid gland, Pituitary gland, etc.
Exocrine glands
- A duct is often present.
- Their secretions are excretory or lubricant, enzymatic and metabolic.
- The secretion is directly poured into tissues.
- For example:- Sweat glands, Sebaceous glands, etc.
